Recently we introduced a new low consumption secondary circulation hot water pump. These pumps are of the induction type and uses a third of the power of a normal bronze pump. They compliment the advanced Pexapipe plumbing system. The pump relaces the standard bronze secondary circulation pump used with our unvented cylinders. The bronze pump situated near the cylinder is usually timed to run about 12 hours a day using the timer at IPPEC's Multizoner wiring and control centre. Pumps are available with their own timing device too. A non-return valve is part of the pump kit. Saving as much as 70 Wh by this new bronze pump with ceramic impeller is a big advance when you add the thousands of pump in use.

All IPPEC's cylinders offer secondary circulation 1/2" outlet for bronze bodied pumps. Whether you use the standard pump or the new low energy pump you are sure to get instant hot water at the tap, shower or bath. This way you do not have to wait for the already heated once water to drain away while fresh hot water fills the pipe again to reach you.
