IPPEC offers a full range of pre-insulated pipes. The smallest from PEX 25 mm to the largest PEX 110 mm o.d. These are enclosed in insulation casing ranging from 75 mm to 200 mm o.d. The Insupex pipe has excellent flexibilty with superior insulation value. It is available in many lengths from 15 to 100 metres at five metre intervals.
Sleeves, end caps and inspection chambers are available too. We can deliver from stock.

The most flexible pre-insulated pipe
The Insupex range of pipe can be used in district heating, hot water distribution in cold cavities, in exposed part of buildings, in conveying hot water to plants, sport pitches for defrosting, in hospital plant rooms, etc.
INSUPEX pipe system complements the rest of the IPPEC's range of advanced heating and plumbing systems. The insulated PEX pipe can be connected to the Pexapipe fittings and to primary manifolds. The boiler can be connected directly to the Insupex pipe taking the heated water to another building. Our unique PEX to copper fittings in one piece are ideal in this case.
