INSUPEX Pipe Specification
Insupex is a pre-insulated self ducted flexible PEX pipe. The PEX pipe is made of high density cross-linked polyethylene (PEX in short). PEX qualities have been proven by continuous exhaustive testing and long field experience. Insupex is widely used in underground heating and plumbing intallations.

Tests and Approvals:
INSUPEX pipe has been tested and approved to DIN standards. It meets BS 7291 and several EC standards. Extensive production testing include: Raw material testing. Continuous wall thickness testing during production. Degree of cross-linking. Pressure/time test to 6 bar @ 95 'C for 5000 hours. Thermal ageing tests. Tests sample are taken from each production reel and tested to 20 bar pressure.
