The lower coil in the TopTank unvented cylinder is connected to the solar panel via the solar pump set mounted on the side of the cylinder or on a wall next to the cylinder.

The Solatherm controller can be in part of a controls panel or separate unit.

The solar cylinder can supply domestic hot water in the Pexapipe advanced plumbing system via manifolds and in a ring fashion.

Alternatively IPPEC supplies one coil cylinder where the coil is heated by the solar panels and an immersion heater acts as a water heater top up when required.
