PEXATHERM standard manifolds are made of quality brass components. They can be fixed to the wall or in the optional manifold cabinet. And are supplied with 1" isolating ball valves, temperature gauge, end cap assemblies, the air vents, plug and the drain,sealant compound which seals without having to overtighten the joint. Pexatherm manifolds can be located under stairs, in airing cupboards or in fitted units. See manifold instructions and commissioning in leaflets section.

PEXATHERM
new manifolds include flowmeters and are pre-assembled. They are the same
quality brass manifolds as before and are supplied with temp. gauges and
isolating valves. They have 3/4" or 1" connection to the flow
and return pipes from the boiler saving on installation and avoiding costly
mistakes.

IPPEC supplies
manifold cabinets in 3 sizes. These, ready to paint steel cabinets, can
be recessed in walls or surface mounted.They are adjustable for depth
and lockable.
IPPEC's manifolds can be used with PEX 16, 17, 20 and ML 16 pipes. We keep all couplers in stock to service all installations.
Pipe guides
To keep pipes tidy atthe manifold and ease installation all systems supplied using PEX include 90 deg bend metal pipe bend guides.
