The Pipe-in-Staple system is the professionals choice. It is fast to install with maximum layout flexibility. It is ideal in conservatories as the pipes can be closely spaced for maximum heat output using the 'snail path pattern'.

System Design
The Pipe-in-Staple is the system of choice for solid floors. It is fast to install with maximum layout flexibility. The Multiboard floor insulation laminates are part of the system. The staples can be placed by hand or staple tool anywhere on the insulation. Thus holding the pipe firmly to thefloor insulation.

The connection of manifold, mixer and boiler is the same for all the Pexatherm systems.

The CAD design
Each Pexatherm system includes a project dossier. The project dossier is made of pipe layout drawings, installation instructions, primary schematics, wiring diagram and fault finding procedures.

System Components
The system is comprised of Multiboard laminated floor insulation, edge strip insulation. PEXc heating pipe with oxygen barrier, pipe fixing staples, underfloor manifold, mixer, pump and programmer. Individual room thermostat and cement additive are on the option list.

Installation examples
