The Multizoner - A breakthrough in wiring modern heating systems.

The MZ 8C wiring centre with weather compensation
Multizoner wiring centres simplify installation of heating controls and offer advanced features in controlling the heating and the domestic hot water. Pexatherm digital programmable and individual room thermostats can be used with the Multizoners. Motorised 2&3-port valves and Pexatherm thermo-electrical actuators (fitted to Pexatherm UFH manifolds) in 230 and 24 volts are wired via the Multizoners. UFH Pumps and boilers are powered via the Multizoners. Boiler control is therefore achieved via the Multizoner. The boiler will run when there is a demand from any heating circuit. This stops the boiler running when there is no demand for heat and avoid wasting fuel.

Multizoners 8T and 8C offer outside temperature control for even higher comfort and further reductions in energy bills.

New Multizoner 4
A compact wiring centre for up to 4 heating zones. It is ideal for the smaller property or an extension or a conservatory. The versatile MZ 0 can be used to connect two space heating thermostats and say two hot water timer and towel rail timer. All outputs switch on the boiler independently. Diagnostic LED's give instant display status of the heating (or cooling) system. Click on image to see applications.

Multizoner 8 wiring centre and control panel.
This innovative panel connects up to 7 programmable and room thermostats to boiler, pumps, valves and actuators. It can be situated near the boiler or the distribution manifolds. The MZ 8 is a heating and hot water wiring centre which can benefit all heating systems. Situated by the boiler, it controls up to 7 heating circuits and 1 hot water circuit at the cylinder. The digital clock times the bronze secondary circulation pump. One of the heating zones can control a towel rail zone.

Multizoner 8T wiring centre
The MZ 8T (available in 230 and 24 volts) controls 8 heating circuits. The MZ 8T can be used with the MZ 8 H and MZ 4 to give multizone control of any building for heating and hot water.
The Multizoner 8T has an adjustable outside sensor which cuts off the heating system when the outside temperature exceeds a desired set limit. This way well insulated buildings will not overheat in the afternoon. Home owners with underfloor heating systems welcome this simple feature as outside sensing reduces overshoots with slow acting undefloor heating systems.
The very latest Multizoner 8C offers full weather compensation by adjusting a mixer valve setting dependent on outside and heating water temperature. The mixer valve can be part of a manifold for an underfloor heating system or even a radiator system. Fine tuning for 'heat slope' and temperature 'shift' can be adjusted at the Multizoner box.
The MZ 8C requires the outside and manifold sensor sold seprately. The mixer valve and its servo actuator are supplied separately.

The MZ 2E is another new Multizoner with green credentials.
The MZ 2E is the latest panel in the range of wiring centres. It allows two programmable thermostats tocontrol two separate areas with electric underfloor heating. It has an outside temperature sensor to reduce overheating possibilities in the buildings, such as in the afternoon, and a floor sensor to avoid risk of high floor temperature. The MZ 2E is available in 230 volts and ideal for conservatories, extensions or whole house heating. It has been specified in commercial application. Such as atriums, toilet areas, shops, restaurants, etc.
