The Pexatherm digital programmable Eurostat thermostat is used to control complete areas, such as ground floor and another on first floor to give different time and temperature setting for each floor. The output from the prog'stat (for short) switches the underfloor heating pump, the motorised valve and the boiler where required. The Pexatherm prog'stat is also used to control the manifold on Pexapipe radiator system by switching the motorized valve, the boiler and its pump. Pexatherm individual thermstats can also follow the timing of the master programmable thermostat. Thanks to a unique feature in the Multizoner wiring centre. Following the timing of master thermostat is achieved by flicking a switch inside the Multizoner.

NEW Pexatherm Wireless Programmable thermostat is a new thermostat from IPPEC. The battery powered thrmostat does require wiring to the multizoner or its receiver. No more wires to route around the house. They have the same features of the above thermostat for temperature control and timing with the benefit of easy to see large display.

The Pexatherm individual thermostat controls air temperature in rooms with changing temperature caused by solar gains or other source of heat (cooking etc.) The individual 'stat, switches the thermoelectric actuators at the UFH manifold.
Individual room thermostat with set-back can be timed to drop the setback temperature with the main prog'stat. This way the actuators at the manifold are not always energised when the main programmer is in the off position. They require a minimum of three core and preferably four core cable of 0.5 mm2.
The LCD digital thermostat is battery operated and only two wires are needed. The thermostat is a switch between the live and the actuator. It can be used with Pexatherm 240 and 24 V actuators.
The Pexatherm 2 or 3 way standard mixer control the water temperature in the floor. The mixers are manually set to a maximum of 50 0C. Thus protecting the floor from overheating. The 2 way mixer is part of the pre-assembled manifold and the 3 way mixer is situated near the UFH manifold on the return. See design detail page for more information.
IPPEC offers several types of brass mixers that can work with different type of control. See Pexatherm advanced temperature control on the next page.
The Pexatherm pump is required to blend the return water from the manifold with the flow from the boiler at the mixer. IPPEC supplies pumps in several capacities dependant on the heating load. The pump is included in the estimate and also in the all-in-one manifold set.
IPPEC pumps are also available with a plastic body to avoid corrosion and for longevity.
